RULEs of our group

We have had a discussion about rule of our class.
Here are some fine rules.

Absence:without suitable reason: fined 10k
Latecomer:(after 6h45pm): fined 5k
Writing:no writing 10k (deadline: independent writing: 12pm on Monday, integrated: 12pm on Thursday)
              post late 5k (deadline: independent: 12pm on Tuesday, integrated: 12pm on Saturday)
Vocabulary: done wrong: 0.5k/1word.

All amount of fine will be credited to SSS budget.
If someone can not enjoy these activities, that person must inform officially our group about her/his situation.
In such circumstance, he/she will not be fined.

I suggest that our group will reward the best and hard-working learner for a reward which is sponsored by SSS. Every month, we will vote the best member to receive that reward. So what do you think?
